Santa!

Don't know about you guys, but I wish my to-do list looked like this. I am a fan of numbers 6-13, totally gonna try to squeeze them in somewhere.
And since there is nothing naughty going on in this post, here is a link to last years December fave.

Much love to all of those celebrating holidays this week and next. Happy Everything to you and yours!!

Putting it All Out There

I'm trying to make these lyrics into a new version of 'All About that Bass'. I'll get back to you on that.
In the mean time...

It's new charity day!!! Facebook fan Diana sent me a link to Firehouse Quilts of Colorado. This is a lovely organization who donates small quilts to children who have been involved in a house fire, a car accident or have been victims of domestic violence. There is a PayPal donate button right there on the page.
If you're in the Highland Ranch area of Colorado and have mad sewing skills, there is info on the page about how to work your magic for some kids who need a little extra in their lives. Thank you Diana!

Here in So Cal we are having the storm of the decade so we're all getting wet outside!! I'm sure you guys all over the Northern Hemisphere are experiencing wet weather as well so feel free to go outside and have a good time with your hoes too!

For fun, here is a link to a forum discussing the difference between bitches and hoes. Enjoy!

For more fun be sure to give Fridge's facebook page a like if you haven't already and also we have a Twitter you can follow if you're into that sort of thing.

Double Fisting Turkey

This piece was created by a friend when he was a little boy. He recently unearthed it at his Grandma's house and posted it on Facebook. I squeed. Outloud. And then begged him to let me post it.

Turkey and two bottles of Budweiser, nothing more American than that.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of my American friends!

Secret of my Success

This is good advice for all of us, kid. You are wise beyond your years.

Hey the holidays are fast approaching. I know, I can hear you telling me to shut up.
So if any of you are in a giving mood, there are a handful of children's charities on the right side of my blog there. Or if you are broke like me, just click the ads on my blog. All the money Google sends me for those goes to those charities.
Also, if there is a children's charity that is near to your heart, feel free to message me via Facebook and tell me all about it. I will do my best to squeeze it into a blog post and put it on the side of my blog in a timely fashion.

Or if you just want to keep it light and not get involved in my shit, feel free to just say hi on Twitter @NotFridgeSafe  Yeah!

Make it good today, gang.

A+ For Accuracy

Sometimes their honesty is refreshing! Other times.... we wish they would just go play in the corner QUIETLY.

Happy Fall everyone! I know the kids have been back in school for a while but now that we've turned our clocks back and had our first taste of fall-like weather, I feel like it's actually here. Enough of that though, it's gonna be 80 degrees here today! Sorry, felt like bragging just a little.

If you are on Twitter, Follow Us @NotFridgeSafe or head on over to Facebook, I post extra stuff on there from time to time.

Talk soon!

Chop Chop

Dear Olen, I'm sorry for karate chopping you in the privates. Doing that was wrong. Your friend Eli.
I don't know about you guys but I really want to know what preceded the karate chop. I bet Olen took his GI Joe or insulted Eli's mom.

Here in my neck of the woods we are up to our necks in Halloween frivolity, which means that Christmas stuff is in almost every store already.

Hope you all have a fun and safe Halloween. It's also All Saint's Day and Dia do los Muertos this week but I don't know if I should tell you to have fun celebrating your dead relatives. But hey, every thing is somebody's favorite, right?
Have a great time whatever you do and we will see you back here next week!
